Privacy Notice
Last updated 18 August 2026
This notice explains what personal information Sagui Combat collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it short and plain because the honest answer is short: we only use your details to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to keep you updated.
Who we are
Sagui Combat is a kickboxing and Muay Thai coaching business run by Luca, based in London. For anything to do with your personal information — including asking us to delete it — you can reach us at saguicombat@gmail.com. Sagui Combat is the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect, and when
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- When you send an enquiry through the form on this site: your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the type of coaching you're interested in, your experience level, and whatever you write in your message.
- When you tick the newsletter box: we take your email address as your consent to send you occasional training updates. This is entirely optional and separate from making an enquiry.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track your browsing. We don't build a profile on you.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange coaching. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
- To send you updates, only if you ticked the newsletter box. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else is involved
Building this site means relying on a few trusted services. They only handle your data to provide their part, and each has its own privacy terms:
- Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Behold displays our Instagram feed on the site.
- Stripe processes payments if you pay for online coaching. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this website.
- Instagram / Meta, if you click through to our profile or interact with the embedded feed.
We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as we need them to help you — typically while we're in contact and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to us. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- show you what information we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete your information,
- stop using it, or stop sending you updates.
Just email saguicombat@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also contact the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This is the current version.
